Our ability to deliver projects of the scale and complexity of the proposed Project is demonstrated by our origination and delivery of Perth’s first inner city, Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) project, Campus Perth. This $125m, award winning project consisted of:

• 726 student beds (additional capacity for up to 1,300 beds)
• 290 bed upmarket hostel – Hostel G
• Extensive amenities including, study areas, a town hall, gym, etc
• Ground floor supermarket and F&B

The above is all contained in a 20,000sqm, re-purposed office building (former Telstra HQ), with an additional 4 levels added to the original 7 level structure.
